Full refunds are available for purchases cancelled before the item has been despatched from our warehouse. Damaged or faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and we will either exchange the product or issue a store credit.

Approved warranty claims entitle you to a store credit or product exchange. For our 'In Stock' products we arrange delivery within 24hrs of receiving your order. It can take 3-7 business days for your product to arrive (pending location).For any pre-order products we will provide an estimated delivery date based on live time from our manufactures and shipping forwarder.
We use our trusted suppliers to ship freight around Australia. There are various rates pending your location in Metro or Regional areas.
Our Flagship Showroom is in Brisbane. We are stocked in Life Interiors and there are selected items available for viewing in all Life interiors showroom.
