For our 'In Stock' products we arrange dispatch within 24hrs of receiving your order. It can take 3-10 business days for your product to arrive (pending location). For any pre-order products we will provide an estimated delivery date based on information from our suppliers and freight forwarder.

In addition to the solutions outlined in the Kolbi Warranty and in compliance with relevant statutes, including the Australian Consumer Law, our warranty covers returns for up to 24 months. Approved warranty claims entitle you to a store credit or product exchange. If you have any enquiries before making a purchase, we recommend reaching out to our sales team for assistance.Full refunds are available for purchases cancelled before the item has been despatched from our warehouse. Damaged or faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and we will either exchange the product or issue a store credit.

We use our trusted suppliers to ship freight around Australia. There are various rates pending your location in Metro or Regional areas.

Our Flagship Showroom is in Brisbane. We are stocked in Life Interiors and there are selected items available for viewing in all Life interiors showroom.
