Who do I call if I have any problems?

Do you offer interior design services?

Whilst we are fully qualified interior designers, we don’t offer our interior design services at Kolbi. We have a list of recommended Interior Designers across Australia that we can provide to help you with your projects. Please email us here.

 

FAQ's - PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

What is your furniture made of?

At Kolbi we use a range of materials including solid timber, timber veneer, marble, stone, fabric, and steel. Each product listed on this website includes the details of the materials that make up the final product.

 

Where do you make your furniture?

Our furniture is designed in Australia. It is Australian made and owned from materials and components sourced from our group of handpicked artisans around the world. 

 

How long does it take to get my product after I buy it?

We have a range on in stock products ready for shipping! Dispatch occurs within 48 hours of purchase. 

Please note that pre order and custom product lead-times are subject to change in response to global conditions. Please contact our team for up-to-date variations to our lead-times.

 

Does my product arrive assembled or unassembled?

Most products arrive unassembled with assembly instructions. Minimal assembly is required for example you will need to secure the tabletop to the table base. This is to ensure that your product arrives safely.

 

 

Can you tell my significant other that I want one of your pieces for my birthday?

With pleasure. Send through your details and their details and our charming sales team will work their magic!

How do I order?

 

Great question. There are a few ways you can order. The easiest and quickest way to order Kolbi furniture is via this website. Simply select a product, pick your colour, and add to cart. You will receive an order confirmation once you have completed the order.

Do I get a discount if I am an interior designer?

Yes, we offer a trade discount to interior designers, decorators, stylists, architects, and developers. You’ll need to apply for a trade account h.ere Alternatively please email us or call us, we’d love to tell you more about who we are, what we do and invite you to our showroom. 

 

FAQ's - DELIVERY

 

How long does it take to get my product after I buy it?

Our standard lead-times are 14-16 weeks for your product to be delivered. An additional 2 weeks will allow for painting your selected custom colour if needed.

Please note that lead-times are subject to change in response to global conditions. Please contact our team for up-to-date variations to our lead-times.

 

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?

We offer nationwide delivery through an endorsed third party. Some of our large stone products are heavy and we may need to confirm weight limits of any lifts or unusual surfaces prior to booking delivery.

 

Do you deliver overseas?

We offer international delivery. Please contact our team to provide more accurate lead-times and associated costs, depending on your region of the world.

 

Can I pick up my furniture from you, or send my freight company?

Our warehouse also offers collections between 9am and 3pm (Monday to Friday)

Please contact the sales team to ensure loading dock access is arranged prior to your arrival. Once full payment is received, the product is prepared for collection. Please ensure your freight forwarder accounts for all associated insurances for the collected products.

Our team will provide product weights to ensure the appropriate vehicle is used for the collection.

 

FAQ's - WARRANTY/CARE/DAMAGES/RETURNS

 

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all Kolbi products come with a warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary depending on the manufacturing process and material. For full warranty information please click here.

 

How do I clean the furniture?

Please visit the product care section of the website to find information on how to care for your products. Care instructions are material specific so caring for fabric is different to stone for example. Using alternative methods of cleaning and care could void your warranty.

 

How do I get it fixed if I damage it?

Our sales team will be able to help you to determine if damage to your piece can be fixed and if so whether there are costs involved or if the damage is covered under warranty. Please email us at hello@kolbi.com.au including a copy of your receipt and a photo of the damage and we’ll be in touch asap

 

What happens if I change my mind?

Please refer to our refund policy for full details on change of mind returns.

 

 

What if my product arrives damaged?

Your product is quality checked in our warehouse by our team prior to despatch via a third-party delivery company. If it arrives damaged, please photograph the damages and the packaging immediately and contact us via email at hello@kolbi.com.au. If you have arranged delivery/freight forwarding with your own third party, they are responsible for your item’s safety transit, and you will need to contact them.
