Refund Policy

At Kolbi, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience. As a boutique design company, we encourage you to make informed decisions, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you have any enquiries before making a purchase, we recommend reaching out to our sales team for assistance.

We do not offer refunds or returns on customised products. 

Refund Eligibility:

Full refunds are available for purchases cancelled before the item has been despatched from our warehouse. Damaged or faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and we will either exchange the product or issue a store credit.

Warranty Policy

In addition to the solutions outlined in the Kolbi Warranty and in compliance with relevant statutes, including the Australian Consumer Law, our warranty covers returns for up to 24 months from date of purchase, excluding all marble products which are covered by a 12-month structural warranty from date of purchase. Approved warranty claims entitle you to a store credit or product exchange. This ensures that you can confidently enjoy your Kolbi purchase, backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. 

Warranty Clarifications

Any additional warranties below do not apply to:

Defects or damage resulting from negligence, abuse or misuse, including (but not limited to) inadequate or improper maintenance, exposure to water, direct sunlight, salt air, chemicals, accidents, any use for which the product was not designed, nor does it cover ordinary wear-and-tear.

The fabric or leather coverings of goods or furniture or cane/wicker furniture (unless the terms of sale expressly say so). Any failure by you to follow the Kolbi Care Instructions or manufacturer’s instructions or specifications.

Product that is damaged in transit in the hands of 3rd parties.

Any furniture which has been exposed to Extreme Use (Extreme Use is damage caused by more than ‘normal wear and tear or spills such as acid, solvents, dyes, or other corrosive materials, ink, paint or body fluids; moisture of any kind, improper cleaning techniques or placing furniture outdoors, in close proximity to heat or in direct sunlight).

Any work or installation carried out on the item by a contractor, or third party not approved in writing by Kolbi.

The warranty begins on the date of receiving your product. Approved warranty claims are for replacement Kolbi parts or furniture only, subsequent shipping costs are not covered.
