Full refunds are available for purchases cancelled before the item has been despatched from our warehouse. Damaged or faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and we will either exchange the product or issue a store credit.
In addition to the solutions outlined in the Kolbi Warranty and in compliance with relevant statutes, including the Australian Consumer Law, our warranty covers returns for up to 24 months. Approved warranty claims entitle you to a store credit or product exchange.
