To maintain the pristine condition of your fabric products, we suggest the following care instructions:
Regular Maintenance: Vacuum frequently using a soft upholstery attachment to prevent the accumulation of dirt and body moisture, which can result in grime and fabric discoloration.
Professional Cleaning: Employ a professional dry cleaning service at least once a year to ensure thorough care.
Sun Protection: Avoid placing fabric items in direct sunlight, as UV rays can fade and damage the material. Use curtains or blinds to shield fabric products from sunlight entering through windows and doors.
Immediate Spill Response: Address spills promptly by dabbing with absorbent paper or a white, non-abrasive cloth. Remove the stain using colorless and mild soap suds (not detergent).
Pilling Management: Temporary pilling may occur with some fabrics. This is not a defect but rather the release of excess fibers. Use a pill removal machine to eliminate these small balls or 'pills'. This condition is not covered under warranty as it is not a fabric fault and will diminish over time.
Safe Handling: Always lift furniture carefully with the assistance of two people when relocating items. Never drag furniture across the floor to avoid damage.

Approved warranty claims entitle you to a store credit or product exchange.
